In 2007 “Work out while your kids have fun” was a new concept for 24 Hour Fitness – a Fitness Gym Chain with over 400 fitness clubs throughout the US .
In a safe and supervised environment, the children of customers could spend up to 2 hours of supervision per day free.
To help keep them entertained it appointed DMX (now Mood Media Corp), a leading supplier of music and video content, to install Plasma 42” TV’s into all its Kids Club facilities to keep the children occupied whilst the parents went to work out. However, as many parents have already found to their cost children, toys and plasma screens do not make for a happy combination!
With several screens already broken DMX turned to The Screen Protector for a solution. The Screen Protector supplied a 42” screen protector unit that was tested by DMX to ensure that it would not comprise the clear picture quality of the plasma picture. Having established the suitability for 24 Hour Fitness, DMX were also delighted to find that the simple, elegant design of the screen protector was so easy to install that the screen protector was able to be shipped direct for installation by staff on site at 24Hour Fitness Gyms across the USA.
