Delivery:

When will my delivery arrive?

All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation but also that you are available to accept the delivery.

Please see below for a breakdown of when you can expect to receive your delivery:

Free Service
Orders Successfully Placed Before 10.00am Monday to Friday are delivered within 3-5 working days using our standard FREE service.

Next Day Service
Orders Placed before 10am (Monday to Thursday) are dispatched that day for delivery the Next Day.
Orders placed on Friday before 10am are dispatched that day for delivery on the following Monday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.

*Please Note the Above applies to UK Deliveries Only. Expedited (1 day) deliveries to Highlands and Islands or anywhere crossing water may sometimes take more than one day

What happens if you are not home when your order is delivered?

If you are not in when we attempt delivery, our Couriers will leave you a card so that you can rearrange delivery at a convenient time, alternatively our couriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour and leave you a card to advise you. It is our best interest to get your item to you as quickly as possible at a time that conveniently suits you. Please be aware that after several failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned back to us and charges may apply.

Postcode Exclusions

There are restricted postcode areas within the UK that we are not able to include in our Free Delivery & Premium Services.

Northern Ireland
Scottish Highlands
Isle of Man
Isle of Wight
Scilly Isles
Channel Islands (includes Alderney & Sark): all GY and JE

Claims for Items Broken or Damaged in Transit

Please be aware that we take every effort to ensure that your screen protector arrives with you in perfect condition. However occasionally your screen protector may get damaged in transit so we insure against this with our couriers.

In the event that your screen protector has been damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of delivery.We will then raise a claim with our couriers on your behalf.

We shall not be liable to you under any circumstances for any loss or damage unless you notify us either via our website OR by email to info@thescreenprotector.com within 7 days of delivery.

65" TV Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. The Giveaway

We’re giving away one 65" Smart TV to celebrate our customers’ love of TV!
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. How to Enter

You can enter in one of the following ways:

  • Purchase Entry: Every purchase of a TV Screen Protector made directly through https://thescreenprotector.co.uk between 5th November 2025 and 3rd December 2025will automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.
  • Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, fill out our free entry form here during the same period.
    Each person may submit only one free entry.
  • Bonus Entry (Optional): Share our official giveaway post on Instagram and tag @thetvscreenprotector to receive one additional entry.
    Your Instagram profile must be public at the time of the draw for your bonus entry to be verified.

3. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of The Screen Protector and their immediate family members are not eligible.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent.

4. The Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a 65" Smart TV (make/model may vary depending on stock availability).
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
  • The Screen Protector reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.
  • The draw will take place within 15 days of the closing date.
  • The winner will be contacted via email within 15 working days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

6. General Terms

  • By entering, participants consent to their name and (if applicable) photo being used for promotional purposes by The Screen Protector (e.g. on social media and website).
  • The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding.
  • The Screen Protector reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms if necessary, due to events beyond its control.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
